Listen to the sounds of near panic in the announcers voice as he tries to understand the situation. Is it possible that such nefarious technology can be focused down to such a specific point on the ground? Heaven help us all if it is.
You can't tell me that IF a nefarious `enemy' wished to use this form of weapon upon us all, that we wouldn't be crumbling as a society pretty quickly. IF the proverbial `they' is frying the atmosphere via HAARP or some similar technology - for whatever reason, (even to reverse global warming perhaps) - they better well soon speak up, as crappola like this simply won't be ignored for too long (one would hope) by the lamestream media.
And, yes, I know the `authorities' trotted out some weak-assed explanation -- as they always do. Move along here, nothing to see.
